How can I track my order?
We would give you the courier partner tracking id for your shipment. Same you can also track from Order History. section
How do I cancel my Order?
You can raise cancellation request for items or orders by visiting the Orders History section.
After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we'll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.
If the order is already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to your Fresharrival wallet within 48 hours.

How do I return my Order?
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we would be happy to replace the product or refund the money to you. Please follow the given below procedure for the issues:
Click the picture of the product and send it to us
at email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the issue
We would check the details and approve all the valid requests via email (Note: Any unreasonable request would be rejected)
Once approved, please pack the product carefully and ship it back via a reputed courier partner and provide us the tracking number. (Note: All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact)
The return courier charges would be paid by the customer.
Once the product reaches us, we would inform you and start processing
No cash refund. Amount will be refunded to your Fresharrival wallet within 48 hours, and you can use the same for the purchase on the site.
No return or exchange would be made, if product received is not in good shape. Items should be unused, clean and in resalable condition.
